(as a relative),

My daughter was recently a patient at the MAU, Royal Derby Hospital, the care she recieved was exellent, the staff were professional, kind and compassionate, in particular a Registered Nurse called Juliann.

Thank you for such wonderful care it made a difficult situation so much easier to have such great staff caring for my daughter.

Thank you for taking the time to post your compliment regarding the care your daughter received on the Medical Assessment Unit (MAU). We will make sure the MAU team are sent your kinds words, as well as senior managers for this area and that Juliann is made aware of the positive impact her care and compassion made to your daughter and yourself.
