(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have used this service under different names for many years, overall its been positive. This time in the last 2 years my usage increased due to personal circumstances, things went from bad to worse. But the support from STARS has been excellent. Darren my previous key worker was great, I mean really great and supportive. Amanda has been amazing and Mark, through these guys I am where I am today. Completely clean and sober for the first time in many years. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. God bless you all. xx
