"Appointment for osteoarthritis with consultant."

I attended the hospital on 9th march 2017, unfortunately, the good hospital surroundings and support staff were let down by the attitude of the consultant. I found this consultant rude, uncaring and unsympathetic to my needs as a disabled man that has been paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair for twenty five years. The operation that was suggested by this consultant, and the recovery therapy in my opinion would be totally the wrong procedure bearing in mind my disability. In fact, personally I would not allow this consultant to perform any kind of operation on me, and would not recommend this them to anyone. The rating I would give to the hospital and the support staff would.be four out of five stars. The rating I would give to this consultant is minus five. Very poor, will be seeking second opinion.
