"Exellent treatment."

With reference to my treatment for a debilitating problem with my hands & arm, which previous medics had not been able to resolve. The consultant, of the rheumatology deparment, sorted the problem very easily following x-rays, tests,and examination.

At my appointment last October at 11 am, I had the initial weigh in etc; examination; blood test; x-rays; re-exam; injections to the back of both hands; discussion of treatment, and prognosis. All very efficiently performed within 1 hour. No wasting time here.

At my follow up appointment today, I told, the consultant that the treatment given in October completely cured my complaint, with no unresolved issues! The whole experience in the department, with all staff was one of courtesy, consideration, and professionalism.

Verdict = All Excellent.
