Called in at 1730 Thursday and spoke to very helpful Receptionist who arranged a telephone consultation for the next morning as I work away from the area. GP called Friday 0800 and took a detailed history and explained diagnosis and options, they arranged a prescription to be sent to a Pharmacy close to where I was working in Saltash so I could pick it up asap. It was available by 11am. Excellent service from both reception team and clinical staff. Glad I am a patient registered to this practice.
