The gynaecology receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.

Contacting the hospital is very difficult as phones are rarely answered and when they are the reception staff are invariably unhelpful and in some cases rude and obstructive. I am pleased to be under the care of my consultant but I find the attitude and ineptitude of the reception staff that I have encountered very frustrating and offensive. It seems I am not the only one to feel this way and so I hope that the hospital will improve reception staff training.
