An appointment was available quickly.
What could be improved
I have been waiting for 1 month for a letter from the Doctor to be sent to me. I complained about this 2 weeks ago, speaking to both the Doctor and his secretary. He assured me that the letter would soon be sent. As of 12/2/2009, I am still waiting.
