Today I attended the Maxillary Facial Dept at Watford General Hospital for a tongue biopsy following my initial visit last week. Yet again I was so impressed by the care and professionalism of the staff and the caring treatment. I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment, and given a drink as I had had no breakfast, had the procedure explained to me in the kindest way and felt fully supported by experts throughout. The staff worked really well together and time was spent with me explaining how to manage at home after the procedure.
I felt very privileged and proud both of the hospital and the NHS.
