(as the patient),

Yesterday I had a Mastectomy. The Consultant Surgeon Miss Dunn inspired confidence and whilst highly professional communicated so well exactly what was happening. She patiently explained, repeated information to make sure I understood. She took time to visit and reassure me just before the operation and again when I was in recovery. In terms of being person centred she was outstanding. As we're the nursing and radiography staff. It has been an outstanding positive experience of the NHS
