What could be improved
Attending for antenatal care. Very badly informed. Extremely disorganised. No information given. Difficult to get an appointment. Dates worked out incorrectly therefore scan not valid. Last visit air conditioning/heating unit crashed through the ceiling in the waiting area and could have seriously injured somebody. No confidence in service provided.
