What I liked

I have filled out this form as i was the visitor and my mother was the patient.

The doctors and some of the health care workers were very professional,caring and well spoken.

What could be improved

Some members of staff had a very proffesional approach to critisism of procedure and general complaints.

Some members of staff were rude, to be becoming offensive to critisism.

A staff re training regime seems appropiate also given that the staff are there to try to make the ill well again,a certain tolerance and the understanding that a lot of patients over a certain age are still aware of who they are and what their needs are.
