"Attended the Breast Clinic today - excellent..."

I attended the Breast Clinic with an appointment to see the consultant, but saw a doctor. The doctor introduced themself, told me everything that they were going to do, examined me and then sent me for a mammogram straight away. No waiting at all, then when I had the scan I just waited to see the doctor again before I left.

The doctor explained the results of the scan and answered my questions - I felt that I was treated so well with such respect and dignity - every member of staff was sympathetic and caring - nothing was too much bother and they did everything to help me - an excellent experience - couldn't praise the staff highly enough - thank you very much for all your support
