What I liked
We visited the Barbara Russell childrens unit with our 5 year old who needed surgery, we were very impressed with every member of staff we encountered, they made him feel safe and confident about what would happen to him and were very caring and sympathetic towards us at a very worrying time, I cannot thank them enough.
What could be improved
Absolutly nothing!
