We had an emergency situation today.
From ringing 999, arrival of paramedic, subsequent arrival of ambulance, then reasonable wait in A&E , our experience of our local NHS has been heartwarming.
The concern,treatment and communication from all staff was excellent. Particularly as it was a Sunday.
Many thanks to all agencies involved, special thanks to the A&E doctor ? for taking the precious time to explain everything.
