What I liked

From my arrival to discharge i could not fault my experience. I was dealt with swiftly, courteously and had total confidence in the doctors and nurses who were there to help me. The areas that i visited/stayed were clean and the staff seemed to be in good spirits despite the obvious pressures. The mood of the staff does tend to permeate through to patients and in this instance it was a definate plus, with most staff appearing to be in high spirits, therefore tending to improve the general malaise of the ward.

What could be improved

The food, unfortunately, was pretty awful, i did have friends who brought me breakfast and lunch. The windows could do with a clean!

Anything else?

All in all, i have highly recommended the hospital for the quality of care they provided for me and the reassurance they gave to family and friends. Well done!
