In January my dad was taken into Neuro Critical as an emergency.
He had been diagnosed with Motor Neurones and was very ill when admitted. As a family we were told everything that we needed and wanted to know. The staff worked tirelessly giving him time to write what he needed to tell them, as he couldn't talk. When the oxygen mask was too uncomfortable for him they changed it. We as a family are very grateful for everything they did. Sitting by his bed we could see that every patient was treated with respect and care. Thank you to everyone. Our outcome was not what we would have wanted but other patients did leave. Thank you for all that was done.
