What I liked
The reception staff were very helpful to my daughter and her baby son, and I like the idea of a separate section for children and babies.
What could be improved
The nurses attitude was appalling, she was rude and arrogant, to the point of treating my daughter like a naughty school girl, basically saying how dare she call out a paramedic to her son when he almost cut off the top of his finger and could not stop the bleeding, even the paramedic had a job to stop the bleeding. We went to the treatment centre because the out of hours doctor said we should go there because it had started bleeding again. If my experience is anything to go by I reckon the staff should go through some intensive patient care training. And a little bit of sympathy would not go amiss either.
Anything else?
This is an excellent idea pity about the attitude of some of the staff.
