What I liked
Clean, friendly and professional, this is how all hospitals should be. Of course it is a relatively small private hospital so it is not crowded and human size. Overall a very good experience.
What could be improved
As an outpatient seeing a consultant, you nearly always have to wait 1/2 hour to 1 hour after your appointment time.
Most consultants I have seen are friendly and helpful although I had an experience recently of being reffered for an unnecessary and invasive surgical procedure without much explanations which I refused once understanding from the nurse what it was about.
