"Neurology appointment 2march3.30 pm"

About: Queen's Hospital / Neurology

My 50 year old son has severe learning disability, epilepsy and autism. We have attended his Consultant's clinic for 3 years.

They fully explained the medication changes and made my son, his support worker and myself welcome.

Thank you for the kindness and good service we received from the Consultant and all the staff in the department today.

I am delighted to hear of your son’s experience in our Neurology Department.

It is great to hear that your son received such good care and was shown such kindness by his consultant and that you, your son and his support worker were made to feel so welcome.

This is the level of service I expect all of our staff to provide to our patients.

I will ensure that your comments are passed to the divisional nurse for this area, so that she can share them with her staff.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely comment.

Yours Sincerely

Kathryn Halford

Chief Nurse
