I was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner.

What could be improved

The handling of my sterile pre theatre dressings was not carried out in a safe and sterile way.Nurse's hands were smothered in jewellery and she didnt use the antiseptic jel once infront of me.

Patients allowed to walk barefooted on carpeted floor to get onto the operating theatre trolley.The same carpet that the public walk on.

Anything else?

Small details letting the whole Hospital down.

First impression of the reception area was receptionist putting fingers in her mouth every 5 seconds to handle hospital papers/documents.

If the Hospital wants this "comments page" facility to be useful it should publish all comments without editing and moderating the comments made
