"Cancelled appointments at University College hospital"

I have just had to cancel any further appointments at University Collage Hospital, London, due to repeated mistakes made by the administrators of UCH outpatient services. I wonder if these mistakes were deliberate because they only started after I had the nerve to complain that I was unable to attend an appointment because of the admin staff not doing their jobs properly. As I have a terminal disease that is now beyond any cure, due to what in my opinion are continued delays and misdiagnoses by doctors this latest fiasco has put the final nail in my coffin.
