What could be improved
I was due to go in for the minor surgery clinic at 4.40. I had a call after 2.30 to say that my appointment had been cancelled. Not only was by whole day rearranged to fit around this appointment, the person on the other end of the phone couldn't offer an alternative time or a decent appology.
The only response was "we'll write to you with an alternative time". Totally unacceptable in my opinion
