What I liked

I haven't actually been yet - but went onto the website to try and find a departmental map so I would know where best to park etc., and which entrance to go for. None was available. I feel this would be very useful as it's stressful enough going to hospital for check ups etc., without also having to worry about how I'll find the place. Will there be a car park charge? How long can I park for? Practical information needed.
