What I liked

always caring, friendly and helpful

What could be improved

having regular informative updates with medical, therapy and nursing staff about progress of relatives condition and to feel included, especially when relative is too sick or unable to give their own version of progress

attitude towards next of kin, did not feel a partnership between some of the staff and myself regarding care of my relative

felt needs of family members were largely overlooked by some staff
