What I liked
The cleanliness. The total professionalism of all Staff who were very professional, but courteous. The ward (day surgery) was not crowded.
Small things, like being offered a welcome cup of tea after a day of fasting, and would I like a sandwich!
What could be improved
Well, perhaps a quick word with the Surgeon before ging home.
