What I liked

My wife had an appointment with a consultant to discuss a possible hip replacement . Whist there was 3/4 hour delay waiting for the appointment we were kept informed by a very efficient, friendly and helpful nurse. The consultant was extremely efficient, very helpful and his explainations of the procedures at all levels were clearly explained.

My wife and I were most impressed and I would like our comments to be passed on to those concerned.
