"Avoid this place"

This place has no compassion, no respect for their patients. There is no care and so many mistakes have been made. The staff are clearly not interested in their patients, only working there to collect their pay checks. This is by far the worst surgery ever, trying to book an appointment is too complicated for the reception staff they will use every excuse in the book as to why you cannot have an appointment to see a doctor. Reception staff ignore your requests for an appointment and yet this is place for some extremely vulnerable people. Who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other serious mental health issues. This place will go out of its way to treat you and your relatives with the most contempt possible. They will go out of their way to make you feel awkward, uncomfortable as if you’re a time waster and your beneath them.
