In reply to anonymous who visited and had to see the locum because usual Dr is off sick. I had the same experience.was in there for 5 mins rather than the usual 40mins.was asked couple of questions in a brusque manner and then sat till I was told I could go. I will miss any appointments now till Dr back. It's hard with mental health to speak to a Dr you know and trust so it's really hard to speak with a bad locum. I usually have a really good positive experience with Dr who's off sick who has helped me to be able to have a life rather than be terrified all the time.I came across your this review site because I'd just phoned Sutherland center to see if Dr back yet to make an appointment as I'm not feeling well. I won't see the locum again

I am sorry to hear how you feel about your experience at The Sutherland Centre. It is difficult when you see different people and also when you have built trust with a particular member of staff.

These comments have been passed to the teams and Heads of Directorate to ensure they are aware of how service users are feeling and at all times do what they can to try and alleviate the current staffing situation.

If you feel able please contact the service manager, Julie Eldon or centre manager Clare Cox at : Sutherland Centre: 0300 123 1162 directly to discuss the issues further and to seek a resolution to how you are feeling as soon as possible
