Please accept my sincere apologies for your experience trying to get through to the Single Point of Access (SPA) on the telephone. SPA has been experiencing a large volume of calls and we acknowledge that some people have experienced long delays in getting through. We are working on resolving the issues to enable people to get contact SPA without delay. There are alternative ways to contact the service and if you wish to refer yourself to our services you can email us at hpft.spa@nhs.net or through our website on www.hpft.nhs.uk. If you wish to refer yourself to the Wellbeing Service at www.talkwellbeing.co.uk.
