What I liked

in general the hospital was clean and the staff were friendly.

What could be improved

The waiting list. i have been on it now for almost a year and still nowhere near to receiving treatment.

Whilst we are confident that Birmingham Dental Hospital meets its 18 week referral to start of treatment requirement we are aware that this improvement in waiting times is relatively recent. Without any more information it is not possible to comment further, however, if any individual patient has a particular query they should first discuss it with the clinician at their appointment, or contact the PALS service on 0800 389 8391 who would be happy to look into the situation.
