"Warning they will make you wait outside in the..."

My mother went to Wanstead hospital this morning (27/02/2017) she arrived at 8am, the opening time as stated. She was made to wait with everyone else outsized in the cold and wet for over an hour with no explanation as to why. My mother is 73 year years old. There were young mothers and with their children there as well. Quite frankly this is a disgrace. Everyone who was working there this morning should be held accountable for this. Be warned.
