What I liked
Being treated as an individual and with respect. A room with en-suite facilities that was spotless. Having my operation very soon following admission rather than having to wait for hours. Being attended to immediately I pressed the button to call the nurse. Excellent food. A general atmosphere of calm and quiet. Seeing the doctor in the outpatients clinic at my appointment time!
What could be improved
Absolutely nothing!

Why can't NHS hospitals be run like this?
