What I liked

the only thing i liked at goodhope was intensive care when i came round they explained everything that had happened to me and i was always present when doctors were talking about my progress.

What could be improved

i was assighned a doctor but every time he was talking about what was happening to me i could not understand them and every time i asked what was said they seemed to be annoyed that i was asking, another is administration i had a more than one opperation inthe 3 months i was in hospital so i should of had a load of paper work but apparentley couldnt find them only a few sheets i had to go to the nuffield hospital to find out why goodhope hod not done my opperation properly
