I called 111 today and explained to the call handler the reasons why I was calling. They said they would get someone from IC 24 Ltd to call me - when they called me they offered me a choice (a) a call from a doctor (b) a home visit - I said I would prefer a home visit and the person on the phone said they would arrange this. I then received a second phone call asking me to attend the local hospital - I had already explained I was housebound. Very poor communication and very unprofessional.
