I highly praise all members of staff that we spoke with today, from the initial call handler, the health care adviser, the clinician & the dr. All very friendly, professional & even a call to let us know of a delay in receiving a call due to system issues.. A very good out of hours service indeed & one that prevented a need to visit A&E unnecessarily.
