"Very caring"

I have just had a failed round of IVF. All of the staff have been professional, caring and supportive. I am hoping that we will have the opportunity to try again and would not hesitate to use the centre for life.

At the end of every appointment we were told to ring with any concerns. When I did ring with what was a very minor issue and nothing to worry about, the nurse I spoke to spent time talking to me and reassuring me.

The nurses are all amazing and given how many patients they must see, took a personal interest in us and clearly remembered us even when it had been months between appointments.
