I was so impressed by my recent experience at Bentley rd. A new (to me,) doctor, who was so personable and relaxed, made my experience just great. The new appointment texting system (is it automated?) is a terrific example of technology at its best, and leaves no excuse for missed appointments.!
So, thank you to all and I look forward to seeing the star ratings soar. :)
