What I liked

The treatment I received from the particular service I used was excellent.

What could be improved

Terrible (and expensive) car parking facilities. We had to attend hours earlier than my appointments to get a place. A multistorey car park or other additional space is essential.

Pre-operative assessment was delivered by a nurse who was inadequately trained for the purpose. This service requires a serious review.
