"The care was good, but agonisingly slow"

At a recent outpatient appointment, I was dismayed that Crawley hospital seemed deserted; with few staff and empty rooms everywhere. It seems a tragic shame that such a valuable resource is so underutilised when nearby East Surrey Hospital is overcrowded to breaking point, with everyone rushing about to get through the log of patients.

The care at Crawley was good, but still agonisingly slow, probably due to the lack of staff.
