What I liked
I had a day surgery at Victoria hospital and the staff were absolutely brilliant. I was very well taken care of and the nurse looked after me very well before and after the surgery. Janet ensured that I was comfortable all the time. I cannot fault NHS service and the experience at all - not sure how and why NHS receives a lot of negative press.
