"Positive memories of treatment visits from my physiotherapist"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I have only positive memories of my recent 4 or 5 treatment visits from both my physiotherapist, Alan, and the receptionist, Margaret.

As the first couple of times I would get the appointment times, not the location, muddled with others, but would still be seen, even if because of my later arrival, it may have been a wee bit shorter.

Although it never seemed so as there were no signs of being rushed through assessments.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear rayfaetroon60,

We can all get a bit mixed up with dates and times. I seem to be doing that myself.

I am glad it has worked out well and your treatment has been unrushed. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your care. I will pass this to the Physio team so they can share your kind words.

I hope you are well on the way to recovery now,

Best wishes,

Eunice
