What I liked

The staff made me feel very special, I felt like the only person they had ever treated & they never ever made me feel like I was just another patient.

I was very informed of all my treatment & the hospital is VERY clean.

I had IVF treatment earlier in the year too & even though that cycle didn't work, I felt I was very well supported. I have never felt like I was being a pain to them even when I needed to talk.

Thank you to all the staff from the reception to the nurses & Dr's, they are all so helpful & friendly.

What could be improved

The toilet in the ACU unit is a little bit close to other patients, it's IN the waiting room ! Wish they could move it or change the entrance to it so it doesn't come straight out into the waiting room.
