About: Westmorland General Hospital / General surgery

I would like to say a massive thankyou to all the staff of this unit for my treatment here yesterday. From being met by the ward clerk and sister to my named nurse, The conultant and anaesthetist, who came to my bedside to explain everything about the procedure, theatre nurse and to be totally honest to every staff in this unit. I was treated with friendlyness but efficiency during my operation and throught my stay.

This was my 3rd occasions to be treated here in the past eight years and amazingly the quality of care has never faultered.

I would totally recommended this unit to anyone needing a day surgery..
