"Visit to a&e with 4 year old son after injury..."

I attended A&E dept today with my 4 year old son following a fall at school and had sustained a laceration to his chin he was very frightened as was unsure of what to expect. The staff on a& e immediately put him at ease and were excellent with him my son was immediately put at ease and the clown who came around and took time out to entertain the children was excellent and friendly! Excellent treatment fast and efficient staff so friendly and spoke to my son at his level take my hat off to them. Well done my son is no longer frightened of hospital thankyou to those on duty.
