From the time I was greeted in surgical admissions to the day I was helped into my car to go home I received amazing care.

Every member of staff was friendly and professional and all the patients were treated with dignity and respect.

I was nervous about my stay, having had a bad experience on a medical ward some years ago, but there certainly seems to have been a step change in both attitude and atmosphere.

Ella Rowcroft ward should be very proud.
