"Should be told how long test results take"

Nephew had bladder cancer, attended 6 month check with camera to be told 2 lesions booked for op.

Consultant who did op stated no lesions sent home.

Had CT scan 2 days later been a week no one has looked at CT scan yet. I know its all a days work for medical staff but please realise the stress to person, mother father. brothers sisters aunties uncles cousins waiting for the test result.

Should advise how long test results take as one assumes everything is ok but waiting is agony.
