About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as the patient),

Excellent experience at all stages from pre assessment, surgical procedure and nursing and cleaning staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Not a grumpy face to be seen! Have stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotels that weren't as good.
