I delivered my wife's urine sample to your outpatient reception. As I was speaking to the receptionist, she cut in to ask me if I wanted a blood test. I again explained that I had been told by the doctors secretary; to ask for the sample to be delivered to the laboratory immediately. I did not appreciate being cut off in mid sentence, especially as last week I delivered my wife's urine sample, which was lost. Your staff might afford us patients basic manners.
