"the only thing i like about good ..."

What I liked

the only thing i like about good hope is the patient liason team , one person in particular that i see but its really that i get to see him hes really helpfull i was in last night iwas seen quitet quickly and the ones i did see were ok with me they put a drip in me but after ten /twenty mins i started to become very hot and had problems breathing so i called for a nurse i was waiting for nearly half an hour and still nobody came by now i could hardly breath and was starting to get a nasty cough with it but i got that bad i had to press the emergency button and straight away they came running but one nurse had a right attitude with me there was no need for that and after that and with no explanation they just ripped the drip out of my arm and sent me somewhere else to wait not even telling me what was going on

What could be improved

what needs to be changed is the attitude of most of the nurses they are so arogant and rude at good hope thats why i just dont like going there as i do suffer from mental health problems and cant take their attitude that they give me about my state of health

Anything else?

i have many problems that need looking into and would love to have it all done at my local hospital witch is good hope but things need to change first
