"Inability to contact ED"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Having received an urgent message that a member of family has been admitted to hospital we have been unable to contact the one number we have been given for ED since lunch time and live too far away to visit,

We have been left with a constant ringing phone which eventually cuts off. This is disgraceful service and currently still did not know how I'll our elderly relative is! Appreciate busy service but surely it must be caring to answer the phone!!
